부사관 양성의 기본 교육과정 체험을 통해서 부사관 교육체계를 체험하고, 향후 교관 임무수행 능력에 잠재능력을 배양하며 부대관리 간에 부사관을 이해하는 계기를 부여한다.

With the basic education curriculum of a noncommissioned officer, students will experience the educational system of a noncommissioned officer, and better understand the officer. This course is designated to improve the potential capability of mission operation and the one of adaptation in a unit.
