As the study of military scientific techniques, which is the key point of victory or defeat in modern wars, this course aims to comprehend the improvement of military scientific techniques and the process of development in the weapon system. After understanding the structure of gun, the function of gun, ballistics, the feature of an
explosive and a chemical warfare agent, and the principle of maneuver and counter-maneuver, students will devise political alternatives which is for deterrence with a proper weapon acquisition in the independent national defense capability and the relation of the alliance.
