인류 역사상 전쟁은 끊임없이 이어져 왔고 지구상에는 현재 시간에도 전쟁이 지속되고 있음을 이해한다. 그리고 인간과 자연과의 전쟁, 인간과 인간과의 전쟁, 국가와 국가와의 전쟁 등 전쟁의 실체를 이해하고, 전쟁의 일반론과 원칙, 전쟁에서 승리하기 위한 전략전술의 원칙, 계획수립과정에 대하여 이해하는 과정이다.

The first goal of this course is to understand that there have been wars consistently when it comes to history, and a there is a continuing war. The second goal is to comprehend the truth of a war like a war between human and nature, a war between human, and a war between nations. The last goal is to appreciate the principle and common opinions of war, the strategic principle of victory in a war, and the process of plan.
