21세기의 조직에서 가장 큰 문제는 인간행동을 둘러싼 다양한 현상들에 관한 문제이다. 인간은 조직을 떠나 살아갈 수 없고 조직 속에서 행동하면서 살아가야 한다. 그런데 인간의 여러 조직 속에서는 다양한 인간들의 행동으로 인하여 많은 문제가 생기고 있는데, 이와 같은 문제의 해결법을 해당 과목에서 탐구하게 된다.

The biggest problem in the organization of the 21st century is the question of various phenomena surrounding human behavior. Human beings can not live without leaving the organization and should act in the organization.However, in the various organizations of human beings, there are many problems due to the behavior of various human beings.
