군사전문가 및 군의 장교로서 갖추어야 할 지휘통솔에 관한 교육이다. 따라서 초급장교가 야전에 배치되는 순간부터 직면하는 임무수행, 부대관리 과정에서 발생하는 위기관리, 갈등관리, 스트레스 관리 등에서 솔선수범하는 자세와 신상필벌방법, 참여의식 고취방법 등에 대하여 교육(실습병행)을 통해 지휘능력을 구비시키는 과정이다.

This course is about the leadership that a military professional or a military officer should have. This helps to upgrade one’s leadership by teaching how to manage the crisis, conflicts, and stress in the execution of duty or the military base management, how to take the initiative, and how to encourage people to participate in.
